- If you send e-postcards, we will ask you for your name and email address so we can let whoever receives the postcard know who sent it and so we can make sure you get a copy (by email) too.

CHILDREN
When children want to participate in activities on our web site, this is the sort of information we ask for and how we use it:
- When a child enters a competition, we ask his or her parents to fill in the entry form and provide the child's name, email and residential addresses and date of birth. This is so that we can confirm your child's eligibility to participate, then let them know if they have won anything, send them their prize and also tell others (such as other users of our web site, the public and our own employees) about our competitions and their winners. When we display details of children who participate in competitions on the site, we display their Christian names, ages and towns of origin only.
- When children send wish to send e-postcards, we will ask for their names and email addresses (and the names and email addresses of the recipients). This is so we can let whoever receives the postcard know who sent it and so we can make sure the child who sent it gets a copy (by email) too.
We only keep the personal information children submit for these purposes until we have made use of it in these ways.
